This episode we met up with Christopher Long of Libations Unlimited mixing it up in his tricked out roaming bar, for a funky version of a Seasonal Garden Cocktail…with GIN! What’s that? Garden Cocktail Mojito


  • 4 Pineapple Sage Leaves

  • 5 Lemon Verbena Leaves

  • ½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ¼ ounce Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

  • ½ ounce Bergamot Simple Syrup

  • 1.5 ounce Gin

  • Ice

  • Soda water

  • Lemon Bitters

  • Lemon Verbena Leaves and Verbena Flower


Lightly muddle 3 Pineapple Sage Leaves & 4 Lemon Verbena Leaves in a shaker. Squeeze in Lemon Juice and Ruby Red Grapefruit. Add Bergamot Simple Syrup, Gin, ice and shake. Top off with splash of soda water and add a couple of drops Lemon Bitters. Garnish with Lemon Verbena Leaves and Verbena Flower.
