Boston Lettuce with Blue Cheese Snow


  • A head of Boston lettuce, cut in quarters

  • 4 Tbs Heavy cream

  • Dash of Salt

  • Dash of Pepper

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Frozen piece of blue cheese

  • Microplane or rasp grater


Whisk together heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Add a dash of Red wine vinegar whisk. Pull leaves of lettuce apart and add to dressing mixture and toss.
