(to taste) Feast it Forward™ Herbs De Provence Salt
Mix Feast it Forward Harissa Spice Course along with chopped items: Garlic, Truffles, and Parsley, place in bowl. Add Brown Sugar, mix well. Add Vodka, Grapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest until cohesive blend.
Pat fish dry. Place on foil, ready for grilling. Take marinade mixture and pour over entire filet. Grind Feast it Forward Herbs De Provence Salt and add directly on top of marinade atop fish and add to taste preference. Close up foil over salmon, leaving slight opening for steam to escape. Grill on BBQ LOW and SLOW around 300 degrees.
** A great side accompaniment is tater tots! Take remaining juices from salmon marinade after fully cooked, anond mid evenly with Mayonaise for a great dip!
